Care Instructions

• Hand wash or delicate machine wash in cool water.
• Hang out to dry in the shade straight after washing.
• Don't soak, use bleach or nappy-san.
• Iron satin with a low setting, for other fabrics use a medium setting.

 

Shipping

All items are shipped by Australia Post. Regular tracked shipping, Express shipping, or Sign-on-delivery shipping are all available. Please choose which type is best for you. International shipping is available as tracked or untracked.

If your country does not appear on the list of shipping options, please contact me and I can advise a shipping cost. Note that you may need to pay duties or taxes on international orders.

The seller takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods by Australia Post.

 

Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully as refunds will not be given if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Exchanges for wrong sizes may be made within 7 days of receiving. If you would like to exchange for another size, please include a self-addressed pre-paid parcel bag with your returned items. If you're not sure which size you need, please contact us.

In the event that an item is faulty, at the sellers discretion, the item may be repaired, replaced or refunded. Please note that as fabrics and products are sourced in limited quantities, replacement may not be possible. If something is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving and return the item within 14.
